Congratulations on your engagement! The best day of your life is finally in sight! We are here to help make your day all about you without making you wish you had just saved what money you had, and ran off to Vegas instead! You will find our 4000 square foot tent quite accommodating for receptions up to 250 and even as intimate as 100. The tent heater will keep you and your guests warm, without the added expense of a rental company. You will have access to your site as early as 7:00am on your wedding day--your Event Specialist, Colleen Gregory, will be there to greet you. Upon arrival the Bridal Suite will be ready for you to set down any of your belongings that you will want to get ready with, later in the day. Colleen will help set up the tables, chairs, bar and her staff--she is on site all day helping to oversee that all aspects of your wedding go as smoothly as possible.  Her job is to make sure that all vendors are on the same page with you, which means making a connection with many great vendors over the years. We cannot wait to meet you and begin planning the day you have always dreamed of.
